Happy 4 years to Me!

Well it has been 4 years as of yesterday that I began my new life has a WLS patient. I am so thankful for this surgery and for this journey. I started at a size 24 268 lbs at my heaviest. I am now a size 10 had got down to 8's last summer, but can't wear any of those right now LOL.

Any way, I am still trying to reach my personal goal of being a size 6. But I am Thank ful for where I am, I am healthy, I am happy, I am Blessed!

Many thanks to all on BAF who have helped me and encouraged all of these years. If I can be of any encouragement to anyone let me know.
